Application Process
There are several steps a developer must go through before the construction of a new community can begin. These are as follows:

Minto has also applied for an amendment to the West Hills Community Area Structure Plan (CASP) to expand the area it applies to. To address stakeholder engagement feedback, the amendment also proposed to relocate a future multi-family area to be further away from existing properties in Buffalo Rub. The NSP and CASP amendment received unanimous approval from City Council on Monday, May 17, 2021.
